Our mission is to provide an educational and enjoyable experience for our clients!

Here are some commonly asked questions.

Please don't hesitate to call us with any additional questions or concerns.

is there a bathroom on the boat?

Unfortunately, we do not have a bathroom on board. However, there is a bathroom and shower at the pickup/dropoff dock.

can I bring my infant on board?

Sure can! Just know that infants count as 1 of 6 passengers (our max capacity is 6).

in the case of emergency, do you provide lifejackets?

We do. We have lifejackets to fit all ages. 

what do you provide on the tours?

We provide ice, a large cooler, water bottles, and an adventure-filled day!

can I bring food and alcohol on board?

You're welcome to bring food and alcohol on board the boat. We encourage our passengers to bring food for either half or full-day cruises. Please do not bring beer bottles on board. Cans are much safer.

is your boat handicap accessible?

It is! We are happy to accommodate you!

is your boat dog friendly?

Yes! Our boat is pet friendly. We recommend bringing a doggie bowl, so your pup stays well hydrated.

what is your cancellation policy?

We will gladly honor cancellations (no questions asked). However, we do ask that you respect our time by canceling at least 24 hours in advance. 

can I come without a reservation?

Reservations are recommended. Although, we do accept walk-ups as well.

what should I bring for my tour?

We recommend bringing food and beverages for longer excursions (half or full-day tours). In addition, you're welcome to bring coolers, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

We strongly encourage sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. We want you to enjoy the sunshine while protecting your skin. Also, for your safety, please wear shoes with rubber soles. Dress shoes and heels are not permitted. 

can I take photos?

Photos and videos are encouraged! 

what sort of wildlife can i expect to see?

Although we cannot guarantee specific wildlife, dolphins are often spotted, as well as birds, turtles, and manatees.

when and where do we meet for the tour?

Our pickup point is located in downtown Naples, Florida. In addition, we can pick up from private docks with permission from the owner.

Is parking a problem?

Generally, parking is not an issue during the summertime. Unfortunately, parking can be problematic during high season (December-May). In which case, you may want to arrange an Uber or Lyft ride to the drop-off point.
